Embrace your summer fruits
We know the importance of a nutrient-dense diet, so why not indulge while you have so many delicious foods at your fingertips!
Fill your fridge with the likes of watermelon (for a hit of hydration), mango (for radiance and glow), pineapple (to aid cell turnover) and berries (for an antioxidant boost).
Keep up with your sleep
With longer days, it’s easy to get caught up in enjoying your summer nights. Yet, sleep is an integral part of healthy skin. It allows your body time to recover, repair and rest after the day it has had. When you deny your body an adequate amount of sleep, you are also denying it the chance to deal with toxins, maintain pH levels and heal. Avoid outdoors during peak UV hours
